Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used health/personal care products
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective product).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
